Happy Friday Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  It being Friday today.

2.  Having plans to play with one of my closest friends on Sat.  She was Matron of Honor for our wedding and I haven't seen her since June.

3.  That Bert is doing well and our Dr. is assisting us with finding a wonderful Assisted Living place.  I swear our Dr is more like family, we are so blessed to have him!

Today I am thankful for:

My brother's visit it is nice to have someone different in the house for a change.

My Director finally realizing she was going off the deep end and correcting herself!

Being a double income family again (it is tough in nor cal with only one income!).

As always I am thankful for all my friends here on the Cali page!

Yes I am super glad it is Friday!

Today I am thankful for.

1.  That it is Friday and I will get 2 days to recover from being sick.

2.  That I have friends who are who they are and are honest with me and themselves.  I love them for this.

3.  That people on this board are here for me when I need them.  They tell me what I need to hear even if it hurts.  They tell me when I am wrong and then gently guide me back to where I need to be.  Thanks gals!

4.  That Nancy's Grandaughter and family will recieve the blessing from God that he intends them to have.  Nancy your family will stay in my thoughts and prayers.  I have  a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart that this is going to go well, rocky but the end result is going to be God's plan and that is always the best.

Today I am thankful for this board, who knows who is in charge of their lives and continue to seek guidance from Him.  We are all going through so much in our lives right now, it is just part of the plan, and part of us getting older.  Even tho it is hard, we always get through things with His Grace.  We have this place to share here with friends and acquaintances (yes there is a difference).

To you Barb, always here for whatever anyone needs, and know that my prayers are with you, here with Nancy and her family issues, especially with Brianna, they are so much more important to me, than you all know.  We need to keep in perceptive that this place is to share and how we can grow quietly without announcement, for that is personal.

Hi everyone!  I am on the run again today, but being the end of the week, wanted to take a moment and check in!

I am thankful the weekend is here.

I am thankful for my family's love and support.

I am thankful for the obscene pictures my other half scrawled into my dewey windshield this morning.. was a nice way to start the day with a laugh and a smile! 

I am thankful for the strength to get done everything I have to this weekend... and I am hoping for and will most definately be thankful for just a little free ME time.

Well, it is Afternoon Barb LOL....the quote needs to add: 'nothing and nobody' as there are those around us who try to put up road blocks...and we need to ignore them! ;-)

ALL OF YOU!!!!  Your out pouring of love and support is just awesome.  Words will never convey my unending gratitude and appreciation...I am so blessed to call you friends

My son and DIL putting differences aside...God's love and mercy are definitely intervening here...again, I am so blessed.

My new granddaughter being in the very skillful hands of surgeons at Stanford.  Her surgery is now set for next Wednesday...which tells me if they can wait til then,  her condition is not life-threatening at this point.  Praise God for His unending Love and Mercy.

I am thankful that all my test  came out good and  5 more days before surgery. That i am healthy enough to have surgery. And thankful for my wonder kids who are very supportive through this process. Everyone have a wonderful week end
